Vanessa Dammous lives and works in Beirut, Lebanon. She’s a practicing architect and a faculty member at the department of architecture and design at the Lebanese American University. Her background is multidisciplinary and combines architecture, scenography and product design. In addition to her passion for teaching architecture and design, she works as an independent ceramicist. In 2019, she established her studio Caravan_Beirut that reflects her architectural influence but is mainly driven by a sensorial experimentation. She has taken part in several international and local exhibitions of which1000vases in Milan in 2021 and Artists of Beirut in Lebanon in 2022. Her work is also found in various galleries and boutiques in Beirut.
